1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Cookie Babu online ordering platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Area
Our delivery service is available exclusively within Visakhapatnam (Vizag). Orders from outside this area will not be accepted.
3. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay. A delivery charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹200.
4. Scheduled Orders
Scheduled orders can be placed between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM only. The earliest available slot for a scheduled order is 1 hour from the time of placing.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing (only if status is still "Pending"). Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5-7 business days.
6. Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are for one-time use unless specified. The WELCOME code offers 10% discount and is valid for new customers. We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
7. Food Safety
All our food is prepared under strict hygiene standards. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality pure vegetarian food. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
8. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is approximately 60 minutes. Actual delivery times may vary based on distance, order volume, and traffic conditions.
9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
